The Private Property Section of Hospital Hill
The Hospital Hill ‘Private Road’ section also has a strip of land that has private property status. This is illustrated by the white line shown on the above picture. This strip of land, including the footpath is registered as private property.
Sadly, we have lost the courtesy parking area temporarily, as the developers have cordoned these off. However they have promised these will be reintroduced on completion of the development. Even more sadly is that the development is running years behind schedule, depriving us of the visitor’s spaces.
Currently, each property has two parking spaces and all of these are in use.
Although sometimes the road can look deserted, it can suddenly fill up and even overflow.
